Spec Card

Use the Spec Card to match an HSG Laser sheet metal cell to your material mix, bed size, power supply and extraction layout. It records cutting range, footprint, gas demand and service access so plant teams can compare site conditions before delivery.

Care Card

The Care Card sets out routine machine upkeep for fibre laser equipment in South African production plants. It covers lens and nozzle checks, lubrication points, chiller status, dust removal and the daily observations operators should log during normal cutting shifts.

Install Checklist

Our Install Checklist helps site teams prepare the area before an HSG Laser machine lands on site. It lists crane access, offloading space, cable routing, earthing, compressed air, extraction tie-ins and the clearances needed around the cutting cell and control cabinet.

Shipping Note

The Shipping Note explains what travels with the machine, how crates are marked and what to inspect when goods arrive. Teams can use it to verify pallet counts, check for transit damage and confirm that manuals, tooling and ordered spare packs are present.

Power Guide

The Power Guide outlines the electrical conditions a fibre laser installation needs in a South African factory environment. It notes supply type, breaker sizing, cable planning, voltage stability and the checks electricians should complete before machine energising.

Media Guide

The Media Guide covers assist gas, compressed air, extraction and cooling services used with HSG Laser cutting systems. It shows where purity, pressure and flow matter most, especially when switching between mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium jobs.

Safety Brief

Read the Safety Brief before operators, maintenance staff or supervisors work around the laser cell. It highlights beam enclosure checks, fume handling, PPE, lockout points, shuttle table movement and the warning indicators that must stay visible on the machine.

Handoff Template

The Handoff Template records what was demonstrated at machine handover and what remains with the customer team. It includes operator training attendance, baseline cut samples, parameter files, maintenance intervals and sign-off for accessories supplied with the installation.

Photo Protocol

Follow the Photo Protocol when documenting delivery condition, installation progress or service findings on site. Clear images of the foundation area, utility connections, crate labels, nameplates and fault locations help keep technical records accurate for the machine file.

Spare List

The Spare List shows the wear parts and service items commonly kept for HSG Laser sheet metal cells. Expect entries for nozzles, ceramics, lenses, filters, seals and other components that support planned maintenance and reduce stoppages during busy production runs.

Warranty Note

The Warranty Note explains the records and maintenance actions that support warranty assessment on installed equipment. It refers to service history, operating conditions, consumable use, alarm logs and any changes made to the machine or connected utilities.

Faq Floor

Resources point teams to routine checks, common settings, and site conditions that affect cut quality, gas use, and machine readiness in South African plants.
